9 times we've played. Real impressive.

So scoring tds on 6 straight possessions with drives of 75 yards or more each time is looking like crap at home?

Lost in it all was Nick Marshall having 228 yards of offense, 9.5 yds per play on average, 4 TDs of which 3 came on the ground (37, 4 and 9 yard TD runs).
And yes Spurrier showed the way to play if you're a 19 point underdog.

Defense played a shitty game. It happens sometimes. It's funny that everyone thinks a single game defines a team.

Agreed! Now your starting to see why I am goading yall into this convo.
Everyone said bama sucked after the 4th quarter of the ole miss game. And then that weird Arky game.

That's just rant logic though. Always has been. Knee jerk reactions all over the place after every game.

You do realize that was against a horrid SCar D, right?

I remember the 2010 Arkansas game, I think Arkansas threw for 500+ yards (almost the same stats as SC last night) and Auburn won the game on defense.
Defense can be a funny thing. That 2010 defense was maligned but in it's last 11 quarters of play Auburn only allowed 4 TDs. That was against Bama on the road (2nd quarter and on), the SECCG and against the #1 offense that Oregon had (49 pts/g coming in).
Sometimes defense can be a little deceiving. Worst total defense in the SEC right now is... the same team that's #1 in the land, MSST.
Auburn's pass defense was atrocious last night but the offense carried them.

Absolutely. Our D sure didn't hurt y'alls offensive performance, though.
