Even with the torn ligament, I can't believe he's projected that late. The kid can sling it, and I'd definitely take a flyer on him in the fourth round

Guy is a mental ticking time bomb like Manziel.

NFL has zero tolerance for head cases. Especially at QB.

I have heard team doctors need to do more research on his swag levels. Uncharted territory.

Still plenty of time before the draft, combines, individual workouts. He'll get his chance to make an impression on teams. Teams reach for QBs all the time, so I could see him going in the 3-5 range.

Hate the guy but the Saints should take a flyer in the 4th or 5th

That could be the dumbest post that I have ever read on this website.

He's a pretty good all around athlete and he is a very good passer... but... NFL teams have been burned lately by drafting "great talent but potentially major issues" QBs of late.

No NFL team wants to go through the extended media circus Cleveland dealt with during the Manziel Experiment.

Someone will burn a late round draft pick on him to see if Kelly has matured and put his demons behind him. If he does well then a year or two down the road he'll get a shot at a big contract.

Swag Kelly to Ryan Mallett seems to be the proper comparison. Tyler Bray had no where near the arm strength that these had.

Chad Kelly is the same person as Connor Shaw.

He's a much better prospect than Manziel. He's got too much natural ability to not be given a chance. I don't like the guy, but I've got a feeling that he's gonna do well in the league....he got the "grit" to make it work.

Except Connor Shaw never had any issues with attitude or behavior and is a role model for children rather than someone who got kicked out of Clemson and smoking weed and fighting and "spraying shite with my ak"

Kelly actually was a good student and stayed away from trouble as I understand it

Trained by Hugh Freeze. In other words his Football IQ is years behind others in the draft.
