Some of you Bama fans are still complimenting us on us on our season despite last night and saying we will be in the mix again next year.

You don't see even close to the amount of shite talking from us as you LSU fans dished out last time. You guys were terrible here the last couple months. Maybe we'll be a bit more humble and act like we've been there before. I'll try a little I guess. LSU wouldn't be this nice to Bama had they won.

I've bookmarked plenty of threads over the past few months, but it just doesn't seem necessary to bring those up now. LSU has a great team & I fully expect them to be even better next season.

LSU is a good football team and nobody can take that away from y'all (even though your coach seemed to be trying to do that incredibly hard last night???).. a perfect regular season and an SEC championship is nothing to hang your heads about, even though I know it sucks to go out that way.. but you have a lot to look forward to next year too. You're returning all your players and have a bright light ahead with new opportunities at the QB position. LSU will be a force to be reckoned with again. I can't wait til next season... college football is awesome and no matter what, nobody can say this season wasn't incredible for EVERYONE involved. It's great to be a sports fan.

Just stating the truth. LSU had a great season and returns pretty much everyone from a team that won the SEC, played in the BCSNCG, and beat the Rose, Orange, Cotton, and BCS champs. Plus you get some serious addition by subtraction now that Jefferson is gone. I don't want any part of you guys in BR next year.

Almost every Bama fan on this board had an excuse why LSU didn't actually win the game in November, and the shite never stopped flowing. Obviously that pissed people off. There certainly were not nearly as many Bama fans being as humble in defeat as LSU fans are today and last night. It works both ways.
There is no need to talk anymore shite for either side. It's all over until next year. See the difference?
BTW, there is at least a few "21-0" in every thread up here, as well as a few threads started calling our players bitches and ****s. So maybe you are blinding yourself from the negative pricks on your side. Maybe.

LSU is going to be a contender in the foreseeable future. I wish we could go back to the days when Bama could rape and pillage all the good LA recruits, but I suppose that's over.

Agreed. Problem is, we are also returning our stubborn coach.
Bama dominated from the start last night. Sometime around the third quarter we had to try to change things up and get the ball moving. We did nothing.
Insanity - trying the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.
Again, congrats to Bama for an absolutely dominating perfomance last night. Well played across the board and I hope that MM did not sustain any serious injury. Kid was heartbroken and I really felt sorry for him.

I came out congratulating Bama after the game in November and saying how I wouldn't talk trash and then Bama fans here refused to give us any credit at all. So, it made for bad blood.
With that all behind us, I hope we can move on. Bama was great last night and LSU fans are giving credit. Bama is returning the favor. This is how it should be and honestly, it helps the sting of the loss a bit. LSU had a great team this year and for Bama fans to acknowledge that after dismantling LSU is good form, in my opinion.

i'm pretty sure this years two best teams played last night...i'm almost positve that we were fortunate enought to see the two best defenses that college football has ever seen on the field at the same time.
and, your team is going to return a lot of those players next year.
