You guys are a quality addition to Big Boy Football. You've made it through this season so far only finishing 2nd twice. I can't wait to play y'all next year in Tiger Stadium!
Congrats!

You sound so stupid when you post stuff like this. Missouri fans are extemely happy to be here. It's awesome playing big name teams that matter weekly rather than the Texas techs and Kansas states. We got our asses whipped this year an that obviously sours things a bit. We won't be a powerhouse but we should be respectable most years.

Ya'll just don't know how good you have it. You really don't. Every week is a bowl game, and every game has just so much riding on it. You don't know because the SEC is all you know. There is a different level of excitement, play, professionalism to this league you can't see unless you've been on the other side.

This does not correlate with this:

We drop Georgia and pick y'all up next year, so in true WAOM fashion Mizz will probably become badass

I think I understand his post with regards to his "feel sorry" bit.

It's like the movie Gladiator. Can Russel Crowe ever enjoy that great movie like the rest of the 7 billion people in the world considering he was involved in making it? Has he been deprived the joy of viewership?

It's Sewanee, and they never won a single conference game. The Tigers were shut out 26 times in their 37 SEC games and were outscored by a combined total of 1163–84.

Actually Bobby Dodd was behind GT's exit. He claimed that Alabama and other SEC schools were abusing # of football scholarships offered. The truth was that he simply got tired of Alabama/Coach Bryant whipping his arse nearly every year and realized that it wasn't about to stop...so he took his toys and went home.
It was a known fact that GT and the Atl. Journal-Constitution Hated Alabama passionately, and between Dodd and Furman Bisher, one or both was going to commit suicide if Tech had to continue getting their clock cleaned every year.

bullshite. Tech wanted out due to Bryant and bama pissing on rules, oversigning, processing, etc. Bryant told Dodd he would vote to limit the practices being employed (since bama was the swing vote). Bryant didn't show up to vote, bama didn't follow through and voted the other way, and Dodd and GT left the SEC as they said they would.

Actually we do and we celebrate it every Saturday during football season. We live and breath football at the High School and college levels. The state of Texas has this in common with the other SEC states which is why it was very appropriate for A&M to join the SEC. We have member schools who compete at a high level in other sports, basketball, baseball, etc. but it is football that binds us together.

Is it true that Auburn only has 2 more SEC titles than GATECH, and GATECH hasn't been in the SEC for over 50 years?
