From the Carolina perspective, we used to have the King’s grant giving us title to all of the other SEC states except Arkansas. We gave up our claim to those lands because we really could see any value. However for Arkansas and the lands west of the Mississippi, had to be purchased from Napoleon, so it had to be something that we really wanted and was worthwhile.

I'm just glad we dropped Georgia. However, it was a serviceable penal colony, IMHO.

I agree but to be fair when you go on the longest drive in school history, 98 yards 20 plays 11:00+ taken off the 3rd QT clock doesn't really provide as much opportunities.
Plus we were driving right there at the end as well and were just content with letting the clock run out. We will need more than 14 to be Arky no doubt but UT dared us to run without Lattimore and we did just that so we found early there was little to no need to pass so we were content with getting the lead and sitting on it.

Exacry. Now I don't know if we put all 4 quarters together but can we at least get 3?
I felt confident about Auburn, nervous about Ole Miss/Vandy...so far, my gut has been correct. Let's hope it still is.
