Hurd is also one full year younger than Fournette. Hurd's YPC is going to go up significantly this year. Belee dat.

Its not that Hurd isn't a beast. He is. Its that he's a beast on a Butch Jones team. Arkansas, Auburn, Bama... they'd use him like a human battering ram to bludgeon opponents into submission. Butch won't do that.
As you noted Hurd was having a very solid game against Arkansas... and got only three carries in the entire second half.
Three carries.
Honestly, Fournette is the better RB, but Hurd is a quality back. He just doesn't get to show that when it really counts.
