So you think he is lying about being an ole miss fan? Have you been to senatobia? Tends to be pretty pro ole miss.

I hope not, he is a perfect fit for Ole Miss and is doing a great job for the Rebels.

Have you been to Oxford?
I haven't, but I'm not really trying to throw a dig at Oxford. You guys just haven't had a proven winner in so long that I am in awe of how we was able to build such strong recruiting classes right out of the gate.

I heard the Saints will offer at end of year

I think he would leave for the Bama job, if offered and the money was right. That is the only job I think he would leave OM for though.

Will that be after Saban finally takes the Texas job?

He's not leaving. If he was going to, it would have been for Florida last year as he idolized the Spurrier-coached teams there.
Besides, even if he did interview for some big job outside of the Deep South, I think he would rub people the wrong way with how often he speaks about his religion. A Big Ten or PAC-12 school would not be on board with that.

I wasn't coming at you either. Oxford really is incredible, his message is awesome and parents eat out of his hand. It's not impossible to recruit there at all. I think the attitude of the entire athletic department was just accepting "ok" and him and Bjork have just changed the attitude of the program and just of Ole Miss in general. Look at Oregon before Joey Heisman. They are a hot team and taking advantage of the exposure. Beating Bama twice really helps open recruits eyes. If they lost every big game, then we would fade away

Freeze is not competing with MSU for recruits. MSU is getting one or two players a year and we get the rest of who we want in-state.

I'd think Oregon State could make him an offer to be the mascot he couldn't refuse.
Louisville Slugger needs a CNC machine, working up a bid now

Do yall think any team could sway him to coach at their school?
Sure...I think if a school like Texas or Georgia offers he would be pretty dumb to refuse. I think the list is short though.

Why would freeze leave for UT or UGA? Money is the same and $4M in Mississippi is $10M in Austin.

Actually, you prolly have it backwards. Bama would be the least likely place he might think about going. Hugh is not motivated by the things you might think would motivate most coaches.
