The most outspoken "Christian" coach we had was Mike Dubose (post-secretary scandal, of course.)

Well no the 2009 Team wasn't good, but the point was the foundation was in place when Cam stepped on the field in 2010. It isn't like when Cam walked on Auburn was filled with freshman and sophomores on that team. Tuberville was a decent coach and had he not been fired I believe there is no reason he wouldn't have bounced back from his 5-7 2008 to a more respectable 8/9 win team in 2009.

Freeze is 100x the coach Chizik is. Without Cam Newton, one of the best college football players ever, Chizik was terrible.
Everyone knew from day 1 he was a bad coach. He recruited a once in a program's lifetime QB and happened to have Fairley as well.
