That's just a terrible assumption/opinion from you.
Kansas State has been a pretty steady program under Snyder. A very disciplined team on most occasions and a top 3-4 program in the Big 12 under his guidance.
They've won quite a few more games than aTm over the time period you lay out. Theyre also far from "broken" as you previously referred to.
They've been in the mix late in seasons for some title "talk" which is all most programs can even hope for at the end of the season.
