Obviously USC wasn't what the experts thought they were, but just how overrated was USC?

I could honestly see Western Kentucky playing a better game than USC.

App State would have whipped them by 30.

They would beat 3/4 of the teams in the east.

Well, I don't expect to beat then by 46 points. So I agree.

What happened is obvious. Very talented yes. They just happen to be a bunch of pussified prima donnas. They quit. When things got tough they bent over and took it. This new coach of theirs might not finish the year.

They just got skullfricked by a Bama team that's probably going to win the NC again. This will unfortunately happen to a lot of teams in the SEC this year

That's pretty much what I saw. If that team had any heart at all, they may have hung with you guys till the 2nd half.

When they came on the field on all fours, barking like biotch dogs, shite talking, strutting and posturing like a Miami team of criminals from the late 1980s I pegged them for scared wannabes. The talent is there but they have been emasculated. 8-4 will be a good season...

They might end up being a bad team. But they have some ridiculous athletes...and Alabama's athletes made them their bitches.

Nah most wouldn't lose 52-6

Only teams with a chance at that this year on Bama's schedule are State and Kentucky

True, but part of that is because the season is a grind, and teams find grooves and hit their stride and all kindsa things throughout.

But game 1? I imagine this Alabama team would have beat the frick out of most teams in that game.

I think a well coached and disciplined team would of made a game of it especially with a true freshman quarterback and 2 turnovers. We looked good and our defense is the best around imo but I'm glad we weren't playing Houston or OSU...ETC.

They did quit....When they got 14-17 down they quit. Really surprised me. They have serious issues.

Talented team that brought a rookie HC and OC up against Saban. USC shouldn't have been ranked to start the year but by years end they should grow as a team and finish 8-4 going into the bowl season.
