My point was showing how they rose from unranked to #1 and the teams they beat....I' m not Jealous, just trying go show the poll suck fest...

Their schedule was about comparable to Alabama. I think Alabama's was a little more top heavy and Notre Dame's was a little more consistent (i.e., Alabama probably played 3 teams that were better than anyone on ND's schedule, but Alabama also played more awful teams than ND did). Result is about even strength of schedule and ND did not lose.

I don't really see what your point is. ND deserves to be number 1 because they are undefeated and everyone else lost. I don't think this shows any poll bias whatsoever. Any major conference team in their situation would have ended up in the same spot - #1.

So they each won 4 against ranked opponents while the tide also lost a game to a ranked team.

I'd call it even. bama may be slightly overrated but i'm ok with them getting to play ND in the title game since they beat georgia in the championship game.

Wow, can u be more anti-bama?!
I actually feel sorry for u that u can't enjoy football bc all u do is root for another team to fail instead of worrying about what ur team does...

ND beat (in the final BCS standings) No. 6, No. 11 and No. 18. Bama beat No. 7, No. 8 and No. 18 (and lost a game).

Wow, that's a huge difference. ND is clearly undeserving.

Deserve it at the end of the year.

However, to go from unranked to top ten in 4 weeks is ridiculous.

They haven't lost and played a tougher schedule than Ohio St. (as far as the AP poll goes)

Then I guess LSU won last years NC, we won 13 games and bama only won 12.....This is easy!!

Hunter...that was the point of the thread...glad you saw it also.
These polls are a joke to hype certain teams and neglect others.

Your thoughts....

Worry about yourself....Alabama played 3 good teams this year and went 2-1 and all three could have easily been losses or wins. Notre Dame played a better schedule than Alabama in 2012.

It all works out at the end of the year, it's just ridiculous how quickly they were moved ahead. That's part of the bias I mean when I talk about ND media bias. Ohio St, is among the most hyped, when ranked and actual results. Next year is going to suck. Media will do all they can to keep them at the top of the polls.

The polls are a joke, but bigger question is where would bama be ranked if they started the season unranked???

They wouldn't have sniffed the #10 spot after week 4. I can about guarantee you that.
