As long as he pays the AAU coaches to steer players his way.

The AAU system should have been shut down long ago. You play AAU you cant get a college scholarship

Like you don't do the exact same thing to Tennessee fans.

I do not think it will matter who the next KY will be. Calipari has shown the University the model for success at that school. The next Coach will be an exact version of Calipari. His model will not work at any other school, but will now be the Kentucky norm.

Exqueeze me. You guys have 2 trolls and they have been at it for months and you and the rest follow along in their threads agreeing with them. I really have kind of grown fond of Phat Phil anyway. Seraneaux (SIC) is more of an acquired taste I guess. Besides I am mad because Tennessee wouldn't let me join the board.

Not really but maybe a little.

No Gators on the Vol Board, and only 1 Gump, it's a by-law

That's what they all say.

The point is, how do you know the Gator isn't a crazy glue sniffer? "Building model airplanes" says the little Gator; well, we're not buying it. He sneaks onto your board once, that's all it takes. The next thing you know, there's money missing off the dresser, and your daughter's knocked up. I seen it a hundred times.

Well if that was the case I would fit right in. It's not like you can't kick someone out if they act up. Don't be afraid of me, I am not the big bad wolf.

If the NCAA stays at its current inept stage of relevency then as long as he wants. Why would he leave that place? He's got an NBA team every year and with less stress and more job security than the NBA. NBA is run by players but not college. He's a players coach by that's easier in college when you choose the players and can still reighn them in if needed. No reigning in NBA players.

I do think that at some point the NCAA will gain back some teeth and put a big knife through the backs of all the AAU benefactors and reign in that mess a little and that will turn the heat up on Calipari. Too much dirt there but right now its covered up by all the other schools in bed with AAU figures and she companies. If the NCAA locks down some of that crap and makes it somewhat more legal in recruiting and put a more watchful eye on the bad seeds then Cal is in trouble. Just so much smut in basketball recruiting that everyone is getting a pass right now and likely do forever. This will be like the steroid era of baseball where everyone just looks past it in the future.

BTW, have no issue with the backroom bargaining as I see it as just part of the game. Basketball recruiting is leagues worse than football recruiting and has been since Knight and Vacarro got so involved in it. AAU has made it even worse. fricking scores of leaches in that

Well let's just lump all the Florida fans in together then. I see several UF fans telling him to quit being a vag. We are terrible right now anyway, so we have reason to have bitter beer face.

Fans was supposed to be fan in that post. It got autocorrected. It was directed at the guy who was being just as I said.

Simmah down.
