Yeah...this is one of those famous "wish-fulfillment" posts, isn't it? Even with an uncertain QB situation, Bama has way too many weapons on both sides of the ball to roll over for most of those teams. Frankly, LSU and Auburn are the primary threats. The rest are just overly-enthusiastic hopefulness.

Nope. Wish fulfillment would be Vandy winning anything other than a 3rd tier bowl and a gift certificate to the Golden Corral.

Cool. Our players deserve a good buffet. Not sure why it's important to you but I do appreciate the fact that you're including the Commodores in your wishes.

Oh, wait, were you trying to flame? Sorry, it didn't take.

And to be fair when Bama scheduled WVU they had just got done putting 70+ on Clemson in the Orange Bowl giving them their 3rd BCS win (only LSU and UF have more BCS wins in this conference)

Well LSU for sure, so that's at least one loss.

LSU or Auburn, They are the tough games. Although MSU after the LSU game could be a possible upset. Dak is a running QB which gives Bama fits and MSU's has played Bama tough 2 out of 3 years.

Bama will bama. They will never completely fail under saban but a new qb, losing a decent amount of talen to the draft. I can see them winning the SEC or I could see another repeat of 2010.

With good luck, can run the table.

With bad luck, 3-4 losses.

Expected number, 1-2.

Most logical. But Bama beats Auburn this year. The other three, very possible.

1-2 losses max to either LSU or Auburn.

Our offense will go through growing pains with a new QB and OL but we will have great WR and RB play.

Our defense is gonna be the best in the SEC. Our front 7 are filthy.

The first three (WVU, FAU, Southern Miss) are not real threats to beat Alabama.

That hopefully alleviates some of the growing pains Alabama will have at the QB position. Very hard to predict the rest of the schedule (starting with 9/20 against Florida) until we see the QB play the first 3 games. Frankly UF, @Ole Miss, A&M, @LSU, MSU, and AU are all possible to lose if the QB play sucks.

I'd put the most likely outcome at 10-2. Ask me again after the first 3 games.

If the QB play is above average, then I'd probably change the prediction to 12-0 because I think the rest of the team is very good and the best team Alabama plays (AU in my opinion) is at home.

If the QB play is average, I'd keep it at 10-2 with losses @LSU and AU at home.

If the QB play is poor, then ... rest of the season can be practice for 2015.
