Belle Meade - I mean you really outdid yourself there

I like 12th South and the Gulch but it's not a better place to live than Brentwood. It's a better place to go and drink, that's for sure.

12th South - Can you say hello Edgehill projects?
- Yards are small
- Incredibly bad schools
- Parks? Greenways?

Gulch - see above

Brentwood - miles and miles of chain shopping and dining and all the townies you could ever dream of. if a cookie cutter suburb is your idea of a dream, more power to you.

there's reservoir park, and 12th S has one of the nicest park in Nashville. Go sometime. Belmont talent everywhere.

the Gulch doesn't have yards at all.

and the edge hill projects are about as much of a problem for 12 S as Antioch is to Brentwood.

Best school system in the state

13 parks and trail systems 50 feet from my door

Houses that have actual land with them - only 1 house per acre is allowed

Competent City council and planners

2 minutes away from any restaurant or store you'd want to go to

15 minutes to downtown - hey enjoy paying higher Davidson County taxes to pay for the Predators and titans. Our taxes go to education, parks, etc :)

Tell it to Max, cum breath, he's the one who said:

He'll keep going as long as he gets an extra play at the end of regulation to win games...

thank you for expressing your concerns about LSU football. LSU has many admirers across the country and it is great to hear your input. we will continue to monitor the program and if we see any reasons for long term concern we will deal with them appropriately, up to and including terminating the head coach. we here at LSU feel we have the coaching staff, the players and the fan support to compete for both the SEC and the National championship THIS YEAR.

Don't worry. If Les's act starts to seem mundane he'll probably do something like taking a 50 yard line dump at halftime.
