Ed Orgeron is a divider. Sure, he's a people person and a great recruiter but he has authority issues and is out for himself. Buyer beware

Steele is a well, we'll see how this goes. Over paying for this guy is a mistake.

Les has lost control of the coaching staff and will continue to lose to Bama. How many SEC W teams pass them this year?

10 years and counting. How long has your HBC been there?

This thread would only make sense coming from a Bama fan.

But Tennessee?

Lol.

as long as LSU wins 8 games a year I'm fine with it. If LSU can go the entire century without winning less than 8 games in any season it would be the greatest streak in the history of mankind.

Les fell back a$$wards into a national title. All it took was having 2 losses that year, luck and a home game in New Orleans to do the trick.

He should be paid the same or as close to Saban IMO :)

Don't forget beating the best UT team of the last decade on its way to the title. Good times.

O and Steele have brought an energy to the program that has been missing since 2011. Les is loved by basically every coach that has ever worked for him. I'd take Les over Butch Jones any day of the week.

ETA:

LSU has a solid team but Goddamn that Adams kid is on another level. I think he's better than Landry in coverage but still brings the wood every play.

Well now they can't afford his buyout, so it might be awhile.

Classic amateur move by their AD.
