If Ole Miss football games are such awesome events that everybody wants to attend, how do you explain them having the 2nd or 3rd smallest football stadium in the SEC?
Jesus man, you once again prove you can't read.
I'm asking the same question you are. Your feeble mind looks at my favorite team icon and can't process the subject without a preconceived notion that eliminates your ability to put forth a substantial argument.
Move along, bitch boy.

The propaganda must work. Ole Miss has a very high percentage of out of state students. The real question is "If Starkville sucks so bad, why would the majority of Mississippi students rather go to MSU rather than Ole Miss?"

You left out the most overrated of all, Robert Nkemdiche. Coaches left him off of all of the all conference teams. Media has him first team because he was highly ranked as a recruit.
It really is a mystery. My guess is they don't watch the games or go to the campus ever since traditional media went through massive budget cuts and layoffs.

They feel like there is a standard at OM that they just simply can't live up to based on the liberal bear media brainwashing.

The degrees earned at State (Agg, Eng, Vet) are more suited towards individuals who would like to stay in state.

This is the correct answer. Self hate is strong among the MSU brethren.

I think Fayetteville is truly an outlier to evolving from a college town to a sprawling metro area. It's not every day 5 Fortune 500 companies set up shop within reasonable distance of what was originally a remote area, and in a state with only one true tier one institution at that.
The Fayetteville metro area didn't exactly grow strictly because of UA. A lot of credit goes to those companies who made the commitment to stay instate and not outsource its operations, and as a result NWA is a hot place to be. Frankly it's he most underrated road trip in the conference, and it's not even close.
The isolation of NWA actually helped along its growth. There are only 3 Fortune 500s HQ'd here. Two of those at least had a symbiotic relationship when they were just gritty local businesses. The UA definitely caused most of the growth to happen. The site was chosen due to the views from the Hill, (although UA succeeded "Arkansas College" which was in Fayetteville but was burned down in the civil war). In short, UA gave people from other (at the time wealthier) areas of the state a reason to visit NWA who otherwise never would have. Lots of them decided to stay over time, which helped to develop the business community.

I know about Wal-Mart. What are the other two Fortune 500 corporations HQ'd in Fayetteville?

JB Hunt Transport and Tyson

JB Hunt and Tyson Foods, in Rogers and Springdale respectively.
Fayetteville proper isn't home to any of them. Our F500 employer is the U of A.

I'm guessing those are in the metro area.

Tyson is a Fortune 100 company, too. It acquired Hillshire Brands last year for 8.5 billion. Hillshire was just outside or inside the Fortune 500 depending on year. It is pretty wild the power of the business community around here, especially given the relatively small size of the metro. Lots of "stock portfolio millionaires" around from those three companies.

Those two towns are sandwiched between Fayetteville and Bentonville, along about 25 miles of interstate.

I have heard something about Fayetteville having more millionaires per capita than any other city in the U.S. or something like that.
