Do you know why didn't they include more premium seating in the end zones? It just seems like there's an awkward amount of general admission seating in the upper decks

Looks great none the less

A relatively high percentage of our ticket demand is from "young" fans (25-40) who usually don't have the wealth built up to afford premium seating. Our school has exploded in size over the last 25 years and the older fans who have been donating for decades make up a smaller % of our fans than most schools.

I'm sure that 10-20 years from now they will modify the south endzone and add more premium seating, possibly at a reduced total capacity.

New luxury suites under the box at the top where the concourse used to be as well as a new field level club section at the bottom.

Not that I agree with any of this but they are putting it all in just the same.

They also renovated the press box and suites.

The $45 million addition to the IPF is well underway. So are the two new outdoor practice fields.

The loge seating area is now defined.

Recruits will be entertained on this patio during games.

The limestone facade is nearing completion.

I'm surprised UK has artificial turf when I've always thought of Kentucky the state having a lot of green grass.

And I'm surprised at your surprise, given what you have to know about the weather patterns in the second-most northerly state in the SEC. Keeping the grass green in a field or lawn is one thing, add stands and the shade they cast makes it that much harder.

why would you be against luxury boxes and club seating? That's the expansion wave of the future.

Luxury suites bring in money and money is need to pay for recruits. You should like that.

Because they renovated the only side of the stadium that didn't need renovating

Has anyone mentioned the Miss St golf facility? It's being built at Ole Waverly, arguably the nicest course in the state and LPGA host. I can't look for updates at the moment. Also has anyone posted about the combo tennis/softball facility progress?
