I am happy to see that "The Chad" has SMU going in the right direction. I think the only thing that keeps him there is if SMU gets invited to the Big 12 and I don't see that happening.
His Alma mater is Texas A&M so I am guessing he is holding out for that Job if it comes up...
He will have options this year if SMU messes around and wins 8-0 games and goes Bowling.

I don't think talent is the problem. There is a thread on our board about this right now, but our 2014 team had 16 players that are still in the NFL, not counting guys like Ragnow who will be drafted this year. That team won SIX regular season games. The coaching is terrible.

I had forgotten that you can't read very well.
I explained that Bielema and most of his coaching staff are from the Mid West. Surprisingly, this is a big concept so get someone to read it out slowly to you, someone with deep ties to the area who has coached here for a long time... (take a deep breath, you can do this) like Mike Gundy recruits better in Texas then people who are more used to recruiting the Mid West.
I know, I know, its shocking... shocking I say! My God who would have thought such a thing was possible!
I'd explain that there really isn't a tooth fairy right now but I don't want to completely shatter your world viewpoint.

He's not going to come here. Everyone else is correct.
He's going to wait on one of the Texas jobs and chill in Highland Park for the time being.
We're going to hire some class A loser and keep the streak going. I drove last weekend from Nashville and it was the most pathetic game day environment I've ever seen.
That includes the Smile years. Burt has eaten and shite out the program.
We've got a bad case of loser denial and not enough parking cones.

What ever happened to the Sprinkle kid? Never heard anything from him after he got in trouble at the bowl game, thought he was going to be in the NFL until all that happened

It can't be soon enough. My god I think they're actually worse than Texas fans these days. And at least Texas is #1 in Texas so there's something behind it, no one ever gave a shite about the aggies.

Chad Morris has always wanted the A&M job, and to a lesser extent the Texas one. He came back to Texas to turn around SMU in support of that goal. He's going to get his shot next year

I’m saying it’s unacceptable. If a Texas kid visits both Oklahoma State and Arkansas, and chooses Oklahoma State, the Arkansas staff should be fired.
