Well I admit I misspoke on that then, but I do know for sure that there were other times in his life, like the heisman presentation, that he was almost in a fugue state and doesn't remember being there.

After sleeping on it, do you still think he could make 5ish 3rd down carries per game and actually get positive yardage?

He is 6'2 225, has great cardio, and runs fast, so why is him doing it so unfathomable to you?

I can only imagine mental illness as being complete hell. Not only for you but for your loved ones. Hopefully he is able to keep it treated to the point that it doesn't affect him too much at this point.

Idk, but I agree if there's one human who could do this it'd be herschel.

Outside of football, the guy is a 7th degree blackbelt, has an undefeated MMA career, won an olympic medal as a bobsledder, set a world sprinting record, and probably a dozen other things just because he felt like doing it.

He's 2-0 in MMA against two nobodies and hasn't fought in 5 years. You dawgs need to quit playing up a years old pic of him in the ring like he's some champ who's still in fighting shape.

He wasn't good in the NFL at 23, he wouldn't last through training camp in the NFL at 53.

Was he in the NFL at 23?

Nobody implied he would. Obviously he wouldn't be like marshawn lynch going through drills and shite. My whole point was that he could get a very, very modest 2 ypc on about 5 carries or less. And yall act like it's the most outlandish thing ever said.

What is "fighting shape"? His conditioning and training may not be where he could have a professional fight against another professional tomorrow, but if there's one thing I can absolutely assure you of it's that he's in better physical shape than anyoen on this message board. He still looks like those picture from "years ago", because he still does the same shite he was doing then.

All the Auburn bravado about all of this in BOTH threads is just lingering admissions that, although Bo was an amazing player, he was never as good as the guy Georgia had.

Just ignore them and these threads will die.

Does:

quote:

“He's one of my all-time favorite players. Yeah, we have room for him,

mean:

quote:

Dan Quinn invites 53-year-old Herschel Walker to Falcons camp

??

Doesn't really seem like it to me.

Oh well, I'm sure the board will take this update to somehow mean Herschel is going off promoting himself and making outlandish claims again (even though this is quinn doing the headlining and nothing to do with hershcel)

The game that he lost to Clemson that denied UGA a title in 81 and the only one he lost in 3 years at UGA, took a toll on him.
