Damn, Alabama is lower than I thought. Of course the value of 3-4 down linemen isn't that of those in a 4-3, but still.

But our linebackers are sick, so it all evens out.

Plus people don't know much about this guy named Pagan, he will be force. And if Lamicheal Fanning can get his head on straight, it will be fun watching those two ball.

LSU isn't going to fall of the map, and most sensible folks know that.

Very true, IMO.

I'm just glad Auburn's not ranked last in something.

I don't know why I laughed so hard at that.

I'm aight with winning games 56-45

That being said, aside from the Bama and LSU games I think we all know most of A&M's games will look like they did last year. Our offense just demoralizes anyone without a great defense. Theoretically there is no reason why we should have held OU to 13 points, but our offense just crushed their spirit.

If teams are smart, they will play possession against A&M

History has shown this doesn't work against offenses like A&M and Oregon. A&M lost the TOP battle in six of our wins last year, and Oregon has lost the TOP battle more often than not since Kelly took over.

If an offense is routinely scoring in 2-3 minutes, TOP becomes largely insignificant. It's an archaic stat that spread no huddle teams will tell you they don't even pay attention to.

A&M signed four national top-150 defensive linemen this year and had the #1 DT class nationally according to 247 and Rivals.

Oops.

I expect Aggie DL will react just like last year's DL.

When a guy told Spencer Neaky the DL would suck, Nealy whipped his azz.

This ranking is really flawed as it accounts for other teams newcomers and doesn't for A&M.

A&M is bringing in 3 stud DT's this year, including the top DT in Texas who weighs 320 and runs a 4.8 40 time.

Yeah, when I saw them at six, I knew this was just another worthless poll to talk about in the offseason.

A&M has two potential losses on their schedule. That's it. Two.

The Aggies are right. Some of you people forget. When JFF is up 21-0 five minutes into the game who gives a shite about the D-line. If I were Sumlin I would love people thinking theyre going to stay in the game by running when they're down 3 or 4 touchdowns. And there is no way they have the worst D line in the league. Even so, all they need is a couple stops.

A&M is a legit NC contender this year.

The only team on the schedule with the athletes to stop JFF is LSU, as non-biased as I can say it. If our offense can only be mediocre. Damn I feel like I've said that the last 6 years.

How is LSU 4th? We lost almost everyone. I mean, I wasn't terribly worried about the Dline since we've just reloaded there for about 10 years in a row but I assumed we would be lower than 4th.

At this time last year Texas A&M was ranked 14th in the SEC at the QB position. So much for paper rankings.
