y'all didn't play a solid team though, y'all played at best a average team with a old school bama kicker.

K-state finishes the season with more wins and a higher ranking than MSU. But…they are average.

I'm attempting to quell the overreaction that we aren't that good. 2 or 3 plays go how they "typically" would and this game isn't close.

Is this the first time you've watched a football game?

It is more than just out gaining. Ironically I am almost certain NTY is an alter.

I agree. K State could've won by 2 touchdowns, and looked as sloppy as Auburn doing it

We sucked and beat a top 20 team on the road on a THURSDAY night... luckier than any game last year to get out with a W.. encouraged by our defense (did I just say that).

KSU left at least 16 points on the field (INT in the End Zone and three missed FGs)

Auburn left at least 10 Points on the field (4 drops, etc.)..

All in all, you win and move on... ALL of our goals are still ahead of us.

The one thing about Gus' teams, is "All We do is Win, Win, Win"....

You do realize that KSU plays a higher ranked, in conference team in a few weeks, right?

I doubt this is their biggest game in history.

Somebody said "In the end they don't ask how, just how many".

I was surprised at the K State defense.

It was what it was.

Road win against a top 20 OOC Big 5 opponent.

Auburn should have nothing to be ashamed of about last night.

meh, we see what we want to see. one side sees 19 points left on the field, the other side sees 21 points left on the field. the truth is in the middle, resulting in auburn eking out the W. at the end of the season, neither team will point to this game as anything indicative of what they're capable of....nonetheless, i'll take the W.

I was impressed with Auburns Defense. The passing of Nick.

And above all their ability to still win close hard fought games. You cant blow everyone off the field.

It will go down as a win for Auburn. time will tell if K State is a good team in their conf.

Overall a good win for Auburn.

When we play well, we win.

When we play like crap...we win.

3-0

As much as I'd like to agree with you, you may be wrong. Whether or not you want to believe that these voters don't use the transitive property, they are going to be looking at how teams like Oklahoma and Baylor play against K State, and Auburn will be transitively compared to both.

That may or may not bode well for playoff chances

The good news for LSU is that they won't be transitively compared to anybody outside of the SEC. The BIG 10 is garbage and I don't think we'll have to worry about playoff implications with a BIG 10 school

i don't think anyone is saying KSU played well last night... but neither did auburn... we dropped passes, threw a pick, made penalties, etc...

it's college football... kids make mistakes, especially when the bright lights and pressure is on. KSU wasn't used to that kind of pressure and it showed... AU was, and for the most part, it showed... we seemed more calm/cool, especially in the 2nd half.
