How many meth heads should I expect to encounter while there? Should I bring any form of personal protection to keep myself safe from all these toothless scumbags? Can anyone recommend anything I can bring with me to enhance the experience of watching a collegiate game in a high school stadium?

Thanks in advance.

Just bring a sign that says:

"SPURS UP, DON'T CHOKE"

... and you should be fine.

Condoms, clean needles, and safe sex practices should do the trick

Carry some MSM crushed up in little baggies and when the meth heads start to advance on your position toss them to their right or left after holding them up so the sun can bounce off the crystals and make your escape.

Common misconception....we make the meth, we don't actually do it ourselves.

Its our #1 export.

If you see a combination of these items, or if you suspect that you smell these items being used to produce methamphetamine, please contact your local law enforcement office or email the Division of Drug and Crime Control at ddccmail@mshp.dps.mo.gov

Sounds like someone has never been in southwest Missouri.

How is Mississippi so under represented in the meth world?

Just bring some Mountain Dew. If approached by a meth head, just throw the dew in the other direction. They should chase it as if it were a baggie of glass

All of these seem like solid advice. Thanks to all. Send prayers.

You laugh but under the terms of my parole/probation, I'm not allowed to posses any of those items

Given the state of your football program I would suggest lots of lube

You can trade empty 2 liter plastic bottles for ease of passage.

Well at least you will be safe from trains. Apparently many people from SC get hit by trains? When I was at your Columbia last year I saw like 4 different billboards about racing/getting hit by trains.

One can only surmise that hard-working, meth-addicted Missourians are taking conductor jobs in South Carolina.

MO gets a bad rep for meth due to the number of busts but it is a direct reflection of how much more MO cracks down on it than surrounding states.
