So those shirts could jeopardize his eligibilty. However, the heisman trophy trust has these for sale Heisman Shirts
looks like there are going to be lots of eligibilty questions

Oh per the NCAA, Honey Badger is attributed to specific SA.... But "LSU CB7 Heisman Hopeful" isnt attached to specific SA... haha that makes sense....

the NCAA does differentiate between using an eligible player or their likeness for "commercial" & "non-profit" organizations. normally, it allows non-profit organizations (i.e. booster clubs) to use players on billboards, videos, etc. selling membership/tickets. the Heisman Hopeful t-shirts are borderline to me because the t-shirts have nothing to do w/ the Heisman Trust's mission.
Marcus Lattimore and some other SC players have gone around the state speaking at churches. The churches charge $10-20 for admission, but the players don't get any of the proceeds. Perfectly legal w/i the NCAA rules. But if it was a men's clothing store selling the tickets, it would still be illegal even if the players didn't receive a dime.

No, they say " LSU #7 Heisman Hopeful"
Per the rule jerseys arent attributed to specific athletes because other players have had that number.
When you say Heisman hopeful tho wouldnt that make it attributable to a specific number 7 ? But hey that makes sense and we all know the NCAA doesnt make sense

I think he should sit out the game he should have sat out of because of his doping and then we call it all square for the obvious violation of NCAA rules

They just said on the radio that all TM7 has to do is say that he knows nor has anything to do with this as well as LSU. They are then cleared and the people who are making the tee shirts can tell the NCAA to kiss their arse

I would have thought the phrase "honey badger don't care, he takes what he wants...." (or how ever it goes) is the property of the makers of that you tube video.
