Was it the 2003 Miss St vs UF game where jerious Norwood single handedly beat Florida? Yeah I turned that game off at the half.

I left the LSU Tennessee game at halftime in 2005. I think LSU was up like 21-7 or something like that. I listened to it the whole way home and got back to Lafayette just in time to see Rick Clausen of all people come back to win the game for Tennessee. After that game I have never left an LSU sporting event before the final whistle/out.

since i don't really have any personal stories to relate, i guess i'll relate another one of my friends' tales....
i forgot the year, but some of my friends were at a sports bar in atlanta watching the auburn/georgia game. the game was heading to overtime, then all of a sudden the game was changed to the beginning of the FSU/southern miss game. a collective "WTF?!?!" was shouted, only to be informed that the bar they were in was an "official" s. miss gathering place for football games. despite the fact that there were TVs everywhere AND the southern miss fans in their section were also interested in the outcome of the AU/UGA game, management refused to put the game back on. maybe it wasn't the coolest thing to do (or maybe it was...your call), but my friends said "fugg that, we're outta here" & left without paying the bill (they were there for the whole game, buying both food & drinks, so it was quite a tab). one of the managers followed them out to the parking lot to argue, and they basically said "we've been there all afternoon....turn the game back on, and we'll pay the bill, simple as that." the manager wouldn't do it, so they drove off. they got home in time to find out auburn lost in 4 OT....

I turned off the Tennessee/LSU game in 2010 after Tennessee went ahead. Not because I was confident we would win, but because I wanted to get to the Colorado/Georgia game. Other than that, no. I turned off the Tennessee/Kentucky game in 2007 for a little bit after Kentucky fought their way back in it because I was sure we were finished, but I came back to it after I calmed down.

Easy. Left the lsu vs au earthquake game before the last play. Saw it as I walked out of the stadium on a monitor. The last time I ever did that.

Yep. Was freakin worried about a test the next day. That was one boring arse game. I did however leave thinking the concrete from the stadium was about to crumble on me.

That was the first LSU game I ever went to. I don't remember if we left early as I was only a month and two days old when it happened.

A friend from school was at the UGA/UT game in 2001 when David Greene drove down the field with :43 and hit Verron Haynes in the back of the endzone with :05 left. He and his dad left after the Brandon Stephens screen pass to take the lead in order to beat traffic. They didn't know they had lost until they turned on the radio to listen to postgame. I can only imagine how sick of a feeling that would be.

Blue Grass Miracle . Said f-it and turned it off at about 30 secs left.

I actually watched that entire game. Definitely rewarded with the ending.

Nope. I've stayed to the very end for some pretty tough losses (especially the 99 and 09 SEC title games).

When Matt Jones completed the pass for the Miracle on Markham...my dad and I were already at the McDonald's drive thru on Cantrell Ave, heading home.
Actually we had just turned on the radio and heard the audio on that video link.

Wasn't that in 02? lol I remember flipping my couch over when UGA won. We would've won the East had they lost.

2010 Iron Bowl. No shite, I left the crib at halftime to go run some errands, thinking the game was over and Auburn simply didn't show up. Next thing I know I was getting slammed with texts from my Auburn friends and you can pretty much guess the rest...

LSU Arizona State...turned it off in the 3rd and went to sleep...found out then won the next day...crazy
