They are looking good this year. I didn't think their record would be what it is right now but Roddy White is having a beast of a year.

I had him a couple years ago in a fantasy league. Nobody knew of him. He was one of the main reasons I won the league.

His #'s are insane and I would bet a lot of people outside of the south still don't know who he is.

I mean 1,200 yards in 2007 with an insurance salesman throwing him the ball at one point in the year. Ridiculous.

It seems like he was the most talented player on the field most weeks in the PAC-10.

Oregon sure hasnt missed a beat without him. What it show imo is that at Oregon he was a good player in a great program. At Ole Miss he is a good player in a below average program.

We're not significantly worse than Oregon, but most of our opposition is better than Oregon, and way better than Oregon's competition.

Im trying to be objective here but come on. Oregon would most likely beat Ole Miss this year by 30-40 points. The programs arent even in the same league right now.

Of course Vandy and Jacksonville state aren't, but the Pac 10 is garbage.

We play in the toughest division of college football. Masoli has simply never played against defensive athletes like the ones in the SEC. You can tell when he runs the ball.

The MWC as a whole has owned the Pac-10 recently. Do you really think the MWC would own the SEC?

How do you come up with this? The poster said that Ole Miss wasnt far behind Oregon.

Oregon would pound them into next year, thats just a fact. Im in no way claiming that the Pac 10 is better than the SEC. This season Ole Miss would probably be in the bottom 3 team of many conferences.

I kind of agree if you talking about the Pac-10 or the SEC (top 2 conferences this year)... but there is literally no way to tell for sure
