Gameday and the grove are both overrated.

Gameday+the grove will be pretty awesome tho. Kinda like a negative times a negative equals a positive. I will be at the Bama ole miss game.

Is there space on the grove for gameday to set up. The set takes up a lot of space. The grove is always very crowded.

Ole miss, where would you expect gameday to set up?

The Grove is overrated? Alabama can't hold a candle against a bird fart to the tailgating scene at Ole Miss. It's the one thing we do very very well. What pray tell do you think is better?

There is a stage in the Grove with a roped off part in front. They can put all of the bounce house shite in the road for all I care. If they ever did come to Oxford, I don't care if they ever do, but they better show the Grove.

Well, after the segment on the grove, what the hell else is gameday suppose to talk about all morning?

Eh the quad at Bama is much bigger and has more space. We still have a great time under the trees. We pack it out for the big games too.

But the quad and grove seem very similar to me.

This year I am going as a guest of ole miss people so maybe that will change my opinion a little. Going to have a different perspective.

Have you ever seen Gameday? They usually preview the day of games, hence the name "Gameday." It has small snippets from the host location but 90% is around the nation.

Either put it in front of the union overlooking the grove, or put it on University Ave. with the grove in the background. It may close off university circle for a game, but oh well. People will get over it.

It may go by Fulton Chapel and the Union, around where CBS sets up when they come to town. Either there or on the Grove Stage, even though that'll piss off a lot of people whose tents are usually in front of there.

It takes up a lot of room. My guess is they'd do it elsewhere on campus. Idk where the hell they'd put it on the grove. That mofo is dense with tents.

If they went the ratings would be off the charts with boobflashes behind Kirk and Corso

Because that's what happens all day there right?

scraggly water oaks, brown trampled-on grass, a thousand tents bound together with chicken fingers

They couldn't bare to televise all the heated up chicken fingers and finger food.

Any place that doesn't allow cooking isn't a place for top notch tailgating.

We would've been a lock had we beaten USCe in Columbia in 09

That's about the only time we've had a legit chance.

We could have it twice this year home and away if LSU is worth a shite but let's be honest...they won't

They aren't missing much.

If you don't have a good time when you're in Oxford, you're doing it wrong. That being said, "Go to Hell, Ole Miss."
