nice tackle wrapping up a Bama DLineman from behind enabling Marshall to get to the corner and hit Coates on the play that tied the Iron Bowl late
just for posterity...how many rules violations did auburn commit on that play?

Greg Robinson was better than Andre Smith, Cyrus Kouandjio, and James Carpenter as a tackle.
Robinson was better than Kouandjio and Carpenter...and he may become a better pro than Smith...but Smith had the better college career. Smith made the 2006 All-Freshmen SEC first team, made one All-American team in 2007, 1st Team All-SEC in 2007 & 2008, was on every All-American team in 2008, and also won the Outland Trophy that year. If Robinson had come back for another year, maybe it's a different story...
That being said, while I'm happy with the Falcons drafting Jake Matthews, I'd have been just as happy if Robinson would've fell to 'em...

That's almost as bad as Carl Lawson running over Cyrus Kouandjio.
Not really...everyone ran over CK.

His play was really disappointing last year. Seems he didn't play as well playing next to his brother.

I didn't see a violation on that play...except for a mental one by us when Cyrus Jones left his man (Coates) to go after Marshall...
