Might be the most Bama type statement I've ever seen.

2010 almost beat Cam and the leg of that LSU kicker.
what about the 14 point loss to USC?
and leg of the LSU kicker? LSU kicked a field goal to go up 10 late. Alabama made it a 3 point game and then couldn't get the LSU offense from converting on 3rd and long and run the clock down to under 20 seconds before getting the ball back.

Well, by "few" he might mean a couple dozen plays. I sorta get 2008 (though I think we played over our heads that season), and 2013 (well, by going our way I presume he means that we make the absurdly long FG, but it was technically "one" play), but 2010 would take a LOT of plays, especially the South Carolina game.

1 loss SEC champion always gets the benefit of the doubt.

Greatest teams to not win a NC
2011 LSU
One of the toughest schedules ever, undefeated regular season, and then absolutely embarrassed on the biggest stage to a hated rival.
And we outscored that 'toughest schedule" of 9 bowl teams by a composite of 500-123.
It's too bad that we were penalized for actually being #1 all year and winning the SECCG, a game the 3rd place SEC team didn't even sniff.
Geeeeeeee, I wonder why Michigan wasn't given a mulligan do-over against Ohio State in the 2007 BCSNCG? Hmmmmm ???
(Georgia was the second place SEC team in 2011.)

Nonsense, we limit our claims to two-loss teams.

greatest team ever not to win a championship had two losses? if lsu 2007 is considered the worst champion of the last 20 years, then Georgia certainly isn't the best to never win it

I'd actually go with 2008 USC. That team was filthy, and they had one of the best offensive lines in the last decade in CFB.
They had one close game (to Oregon State) and lost. That's the way it goes sometimes. I would have loved to have seen them play Florida that year.
