Curley isn't from Tuscaloosa. He's from Northport, across the river. Folks don't take kindly to being mistaken about which side of the river they're from.

When can we expect your article on William Tecumseh Sherman? Nobody trolled the SEC like Sherman trolled the SEC. Can you imagine what the Tiger Rant would have been like in those days? People think we whine about Saban leaving

Why yes- we've been showing our appreciation to Aggieland for sending us Curley once a year since 2011. The latest installment is coming Saturday night in BR.

Seriously? Damn. So OBJ had to have been born around the time that photo was taken.

Hey now, Hallman was a hall of fame coach at Muscle Shoals High School.

Wait, what? 14-26? In high school?

One thing that gets overlooked during some of these dreadful coaches at LSU is they had to deal with "strang music".

I heard Archer interviewed right after he was let go in December of 1990 and he said LSU will be fine once the "basketball guy" isn't calling the shots in the AD anymore.

Look at LSU's basketball teams/players during Deans tenure as AD compared to football. Coincidence that his being replaced saw a drop in bball and rise in football I guess.
