I picked GA. on my picks starting to think i picked wrong. The OBC has been backed into a corner with rain and GA. problem coming up short in big games.
I think the score will be 24-21 not sure who though.

I challenge you to find a Gamecock fan that said this. I'll wait.
Seriously. Go.
Maybe not better then Shaw, but I heard some ridiculous shite from USC fans this offseason about Thompson, here's just one gem.

All these preseason QB rankings, and Dylan Thompson isn't getting any love. It's going to be glorious when we're 4-5 games into the season and he's leading the SEC in Passing Yards and TD's.

I don't know why, but I've had a good feeling about this game all week
something about being doubted at home works out for us lately
wouldn't be shocked with either team winning a close one

Well we are getting ready to start week 3
1 Kenny Hill, QB TA&M 61 86 70.9 794 9.2 51 7 0 1 175.3
2 Bo Wallace, QB MISS 48 66 72.7 707 10.7 76 5 3 5 178.6
3 Dylan Thompson, QB SC 45 78 57.7 632 8.1 69 5 2 3 141.8
Doesn't seem out of the realm of possibilities.
Shall we revisit in 2-3 more weeks?
Stay your blind hatred for DT and anything remotely SC and you will see that the statement you quoted isn't far off.

Why isn't SEC Nation there instead?
This was kinda funny though.

A wee bit better than this guy
6 Maty Mauk, QB MIZZ 34 53 64.2 503 9.5 47 8 2 2
And our one "cupcake" team was better than both of Mizz's combined...

Maybe that's cause Mizzou doesn't rank 106th in rushing yards and hasn't been involved in a shoot out due to a shite defense? Lets not get facts involved here though, that might take away from the original claim, which was basically, "Dylan Thompson would be the best QB in the SEC after 4-5 games".

Not sure that Georiga is set up to exploit South Carolina's bigger weakness on defense in its secondary.
This is a key point. You can't judge SC by A&M's prolific pass offense; my dawgs are frankly not in the same league in that regard now without Murray. Mason could have the best game of his career and I will be pleasantly surprised.
I expect both teams to load the box and Georgia will shut down SC's running game for the most part forcing Spurrier to pass early and often. The outcome of the game will largely depend on the play of our Secondary and pass rush. If Thompson hits some big plays and Georgia turns the ball over, the game will be close or SC could win.
