Damn. I hope 87 got the game ball for UF.
he certainly deserved it. I haven't seen that much holding since Shon Coleman faced our tackles but they actually called him for it some.

but I do have to say that Georgia's defense against Auburn's offense last year impressed the hell out of me. I hope Alabama takes some lessons. Very few teams (if any) have come close to doing that to Auburn's offense the last couple of seasons.

we held AU to an average of 8 points a game those years. 3 at home, 3 at auburn.
You realize how silly it is to pick an array of 6 years to make a statistical point, and leave out 6 years within that range? Including 2 1/2 (2004) national title appearance type years?

Cool. That means the other 60% were denied at UGA.

clearly, Gus should just ask Muschamp what magic voodoo he used on UGA in 2014 when he was at Florida and just do that for the UGA game.
Basically just line up and run the same play over and over, tell your slowest running back to bounce it outside repeatedly. Rinse repeat. You score 38 points.
If Florida can do it Auburn can.
I hate you

If that's all he was talking about then I would agree with you. However, the post he was replying too made it sound like UGA couldn't have a repeat of last year so WG pointed out that it has happenened many times before.

The omission still weakens the impact of the claim

Hugh Nall's 2003 & 2008 offenses don't fit that criteria. Especially since those offenses were shite and plenty of other teams did the same exact thing UGA did those years.

OK, that is pretty ridiculous, you know any team on any given day could make a video like this to show how some other team got away with so many holds or whatever.
It's football, some form of holding happens on every play, and a lot of those plays are EXAGGERATED by the slow motion.
Jesus.

Go ahead, I bring video evidence of blatant holding on some huge runs and this is your retort?

Why? The claim was we couldn't do it again so he provided proof that it has been done before. Him not providing the other scores doesn't weaken his argument since it has nothing to do with this specific topic.

Slowing it down allows you to see just how hard 87 is grabbing the jersey and pulling our player to him and or dragging him down. He held badly in the game and got zero holding calls vs him. The evidence speaks for itself.

OMG, so much holding...

To your other point that because UF did it last year that AU can this year, we played AU after the gators. They had the blue print last year to use and a more mobile qb and still couldn't get it done.

Like I said, you guys still had a great game and ran well but it could have easily been a much closer game. Several of those runs were house calls.

Yeah, because I've seen this shite happen to UF too, it's PART OF THE GAME.
Secondly, I don't think all those holds are as blatant as you think they are.
Finally, I'm not going to waste my time making a fricking video about it, because I've never been upset enough after a loss to go through that kind of torture of piecing together a VIDEO of the loss.

Upvote. I was mostly joking because UF was so fricking bad and managed to do it and Auburn just tanked.

I didn't make the video I just remembered watching the game in torture that our guys kept getting dragged to the ground on the edge and your blocker would throw his hands up in the air like an innocent Hodgy after every run to the outside and there was nothing I could do to stop the torture. I just googled Florida holding 2014 and this video pops up.

Why didn't he show all the holding from the UG side? Weird.
Posted on 6/2/15 at 11:24 am to Prettyboy Floyd
Someone was clearly very upset after this game I guess. Probably whomever 87 was blocking over and over.
