Black is not part of your color scheme. Can't even see the logo on the helmet. Hate the "tire tread" pattern Adidas keeps putting on a lot of the uniforms. And the horizontal gray stripes look bad.

I'm pretty sure Saban used those black uni's as huge motivation to get his team jacked to kill yall's arse. Those teams weren't that far off in talant, UG almost came back in that game iirc. I wonder why Richt never brought them back after that?

yeah, our team that lost 3 games lost by 11 to a team that would start 12-0 and go to the sugar bowl because of the color of our jerseys. Them being better had nothing to do with it..

I think Georgia should bring them back. They are awesome looking. And, after last year's Alabama game, the whole "black jersey vs Alabama" thing should kind of be retired. Black, red, it didn't matter (not to be a smug arse, just saying).
I will say - walking around Athens before that 2008 game and having people tell us it was going to be a long day "because we're wearing black today" was pretty humorous. A lot more humorous and fun to poke at up 31-0 at halftime.
But all in all it's an awesome look and UGA can pull it off because it's one of their 2 main colors. Honestly, I can't think of another school nationally who can like UGA can.

I believe both teams were undefeated coming into the game and UG was favored in the matchup. Ug was absolutely loaded that year with Stafford, AJ Green, Moreno etc., one of the greatest waste of nfl talent in recent memory.

Also - that highlight video from the 2007 Auburn game - that song has been the song on our Tradition Video for about 10 year or so now. It always gives me chills. It is incredible.
