I'm a JB fan but he had a dumbass moment and almost cost SCar the game by going out of bounds and stopping the clock. Other than that, he looks good. He is still young though.

One week of games and all these analysts and fans already jumping to over-the-top conclusions about how great or terrible teams and players are. Lots of football yet to be played this season.

I think Bentley, Fitzgerald, Allen, and Lock all have potential to be the best in the conference this year.
I think Fitzgerald was the best QB last year because of his running ability.
Bentley had a solid year as a freshman and had an above average game against a good team in NC State.
Allen had a bad offensive line and still put up top notch SEC numbers last year.
Lock put up big numbers against lesser competition last year and the opener this year. He has an NFL arm, let's see if it transfers over to good competition in his junior year.
I can't take any Alabama quarterback seriously when being surrounded by such superior talent and coached by Saban. AJ McCarron threw 30 TDs vs. 3 INTs in a season and Blake Sims threw for 28 TDs to 10 INTs in a season. This isn't a knock on Bama but rather commending how good Saban has been.
