I still think that Bama finds a way to jump into the show.

Hell it was on my book. Surprised.

I just put 550 to win 500 on auburn +9

May even make a Moneyline play later

Eta: ML is +265
Eta2: just did 100 on ML

I can't see the line staying that high. FSU has played no one. They pass the eye ball test and that's it. Their butts will clinch so hard in prime time against a team with a pulse.

As of last night, Auburn's strength of schedule was ranked 15th.

FSU's is 84th. They haven't played anybody yet, and Clemson got raped by SC, so they don't count. Miami got beat by Duke, so they don't count. FSU hasn't played anyone yet.

If I was gambling man, id take Auburn all day and those 9.5 points. FSU hasnt had a team really try to outphysical them all season(well except for the UF which wasnt even a fair fight)

and it took an epic collapse and an injury to MettJesus to keep from losing to the worst Razorback team in history at home in Tiger Stadium...

add in 60% of your top in state recruits going out of state this year there might be trouble in Tigertown.

How can any reputable book set a line on a game when the final BCS rankings haven't been set yet? I believe the line will be closer to 7.5-8 when the game is set and the real books open and I would be shocked if it doesn't move down. The smart money will be on Auburn and I expect the line to be 6.5-7 or lower by game time.

For the record I am not saying that with an AU bias, its with an SEC bias. I would have said the same thing if it were Bama, Mizzou, South Carolina, LSU, etc. The team that wins the SEC is PROVEN.

Every year we see the same crap. Teams that blow out cream puffs for 13 weeks and then think for some reason it makes them a great team. Every now and then its true but most of the time they are just good teams playing average or below average teams. FSU might be the best team in college football history, but we have no way of knowing this based off of their competition this year. The smart money in Vegas knows this. They know the SEC is proven. Again FSU might be the best team, but the money will go on what's proven and not the hype.

Take AU and the points. Vegas begging the public. Wonder what the line would be if it were next week?

What's FSU's OLine like? If they give Winston 3-4 seconds, FSU puts up 55+.

I'm a believer in this FSU team, but I still think they're underselling Auburn. Nobody can stop this offense, and I think it's going to take an off season to figure out how to.

If the game were next weekend, I would pick AU to win. But with it being a month away, I think FSU wins. Time after time we have seen national title games that were supposed to be offensive storms turn in to defensive struggles and confused offensive coordinators. This is especially the case when the offense relies heavily on something new or different. AU's offense is not some silly gimmick, but a month is a long time for a defensive coordinator to watch 13 games of film and have his team ready for it.
