FSUs special teams won them that game.
When FSU finally played a decent defense they struggled. They're good but far from great. Their conference made them look like a more complete team than they really were.

He proved nothing IMO. Auburn controlled the LOS for two thirds of the game. They should have won the game. If anything it proved the ten point favorite was overrated.

Well sure. But honestly, it showed how beatable fsu was more than anything else. I came away thinking that Winston is average in decision making with above average arm strength. Fsu d line was very good but back seven was not. Oline had a rough night but I think that had more to do with auburn Dline playing really well.
They won the one that counted but I would bet against them if they play an sec team next year not named Florida.
