He has improved every year. And as sorant said Freeze as a coach has matured and improved. His play calling has improved. I remember him having some real "WTF" moments in his first couples years. But he was a fairly new HC. Now he is hitting a nice groove and the kids are LOVING whatever is in the kool aid that Freeze is handing out.
He has turned kids that were serious head cases and has found a way to make them believe in a team effort and not be selfish. We are seeing it again this year with Kelly.

It's noticeable to an outsider that rarely watches OM football. Freeze is growing as a HC, making better decisions and it shows.

This guy gets it. He had some really bad calls and gameday strategies his first two years, exploited the most by Saban. It's nice to see him getting better.
