Wow! I think you need to step away and work on your reading comprehension. Nowhere did he say she deserved it. He said if she was willingly intoxicated she increased her risk of being a victim.
Is it likely or probable (given the fact their is apparent video evidence and the case has made it this far in the system) that the charges are true? Yes. If I was a betting man, I'd say she was raped. However, I have worked enough cases where females get drunk, indulge in some impulsive sexual behavior and have regrets later. Some of them have called the police rather than admit to their parents/husband/SO that they got in touch with their wild side.
So, before you start lambasting other posters how about you read what they actually wrote carefully AND realize there always exists the possibility all is not as it seems.

But it looks like she was not the one who called the police in this case. It looks like some employee of Vandy saw the incident on video by accident, thought it looked suspicious, and turned it over to campus police, who then turned it over to MPD.
