You can't be serious. He provided a working link that went to the Greene county jail's active population and had both DGB's name and not only a mugshot, but a noticeably different one from his previous photo shoot. It also listed charges. Not like he saw something on Twitter and then came over here and posted a paraphrased version of what he read with no link.

If you're gonna post "you should be banned" anywhere on tRant right now, at least do it in one of the thousands of Kiffin threads flying around

Looks like its a wrap.

Which route does Pinkle go:
1. Immediately kicked off the team
2. Suspended indefinitely that turns into kicked off the team
3. Suspended indefinitely that turns into a certain amount of games

==============
It should be cleared up before next season.
Till trial - indefinitely suspended
Exhonerated - immediate reinstatement
Felony conviction - he gone
Misdemeanor plea bargain - hell, I don't know.

If it stays a felony charge I suspect he will be 2 with the kicked off the team coming after the courts are done with him.

If its worked down from a felony to a misdemeanor I COULD see 3 come into play.

If its weed, its fricking stupid in general. You have one corner of this country legally selling for recreational use and others charging with crimes.

My personal opinion, this is strike two, doesnt matter if its weed. If the first time didnt make him understand the severity of the consequences if there were a next time, well, he dumb and should be kicked off the team. The University of Missouri is way more important than one knucklehead who cant/wont make the right decisions.

Depends on what he did. Also if he's a first time offender those charges, whatever they really are, will be lowered. Depending on circumstances they could even be dismissed - cops tend to throw whatever is one their mind at you and let the DA deal with it later. Lots of charges get either amended or dropped once the real story comes out and pleas are decided on - sometimes they get dropped outright because the cops will take your pill bottle and charge you whether it's legal or not - you better have it labeled (however once you produce proof it's yours and legal - those tend to get immediately dropped). That happens with other evidence too that turns out not to be evidence at all once the facts have been examined.

Well techinically speaking those people who are doing it "legally" in states that have "legalized" marijuana are still breaking the law as its still a schedule 1 controlled substance under federal law.

Depending on how much weed DGB was carrying he could have had a relatively small amount in separate baggies and thats how they gave him the charges he got instead of a simple possession.

If he had pills though hes probably fricked since its his second offense. I know Sammy Dropkins got suspended for 2 games at the beginning of last year for having Adderall and may some ganja (can't remember if he did or not) but it was his first offense and he gave it to the officer after an unrelated traffic stop iirc

Indeed. They pop people for "distribution" all the time with that. You're halfway better off carrying a larger amount in a single bag then you are a smaller amount separated in multiple bags/containers. Just another way for government to make money off the "war on drugs".

'I blame it on the drink he was offered on his recruiting visit to Arkansas' said DGB's adoptive mother.
