Forget who you think will win. Who do you want to win?

I want Clemson to win. Bama winning does nothing positive for UF. Also, Bama fans are insane in their obsession. That's not a good thing is it? Do we really need more of their insanity? No. We don't.

Dabo is kinda goofy but I respect the job he has done there. He' brought Clemson back from the dead and been pretty consistent. I like that.

So, let's go Tigers!

Who (non-Gumps) do you want to win?

Tally so far...

Clemson 6
Gumps 2
Both to lose 1 (Auburn fan, go figure)

Clemson. If you're a fan of any other SEC school and you wish otherwise you're either an A&M fan or you're a moron.

Considering Clemson keeps coming in our backyard and taking recruits, I will reluctantly be rooting for Alabama.

If it was any other school other than about 5 or 6 I would absolutely say "not bama", but they are pretty much maxed out already, in other words them winning another title isn't going to hurt us anymore than they already have. On the other hand, clemson winning a title would not be good for us, so I guess I begrudgingly will pull for bama.

Right, what you lesser SEC teams need is for Bama to lose. That should help your perception in the SEC. I mean, it's already not great after this lackluster year, but if the bell cow loses too? Oh, but I'm sure you'll get the benefit of doubt over Michigan or Oklahoma if you're ever vying for a playoff spot in the near future.

Good, I didn't want to have to revoke your seat on the bandwagon.

One bama NC loss will not take any luster out of the SEC's national standing, jackass.

However, yet another bama NC will make recruiting even more difficult for the rest of us. It's pretty simple logic, really.

I'm not counting USC fans' votes for obvious reasons.

SEC was just fine in terms of benefit of the doubt in the recent years that Bama was down.

Were they? Ask AU fans about 2004. The only reason that hasn't happened again is because the SEC became dominant. UF, LSU, Bama, AU, etc. Well, Bama is all that's left between you and getting left out of the playoffs. You'd better hope some other teams start stepping up again if Bama starts losing these kinds of games.
