He doesn't deserve a free pass and Calapari can't give it to him. Welcome to a media shite storm and public relations nightmare. Hey, a kid can just say "frick" in a presser and "nigg-a"?

In his defense, I don't think he meant for it to be heard. Now if he was asked the question and leaned into the microphone and said it? Whole different story.

What's funny is watching you defend everything Kentucky. Harrison's bedwetting and Calipari shrugging his shoulders.

Go Big Blue, right Mike?

LOL, what? I am a UK fan.

Bedwetting, the fricking kid made an incredible run last year and made clutch shots to even get us to the Championship game...and both were clutch this year to get us 38 win/row, win the SEC regular and Tournament...oh, and a trip to the Final 4 with a clutch 3 vs the Irish.

Yah, I am not going to shite on the kid...more then anything, I am going to praise him...he is a stone cold killer.

And frick ya, Go Big Blue...LSU fans would shite their pants for a HOF elected coach, 38 win season, SEC Championships, and a Final 4 run.

Have fun with Jones, after all, you LSU fans sure defend for his shite coaching performance during games.

Yea, I am guessing your never going to defend any LSU Player making a stupid mistake.

Really, WGAS, the kid made a mistake, he apologized, Kaminsky and Bo Ryan accepted, move on.

Hope you went to church today, since you're a Saint

When Harrison says it in the locker room to one of his teammates as in you my n**** then no one should have a problem with it. But when you are talking about another player who hasn't been in his locker room and with the connotations that went with it then yeah it is racist.

He shouldn't get a pass just because he is African American. And as far as Kaminsky goes he is just trying to be the bigger man. What do you expect him to say that he thinks Harrison should be expelled from school and never allowed to play in the NBA, then he looks just looks bad also.

If Wisconsin had lost and Kaminsky had said this about Harrison and then apologized do you think Jesse and Al and every other pot stirrer out there would just let this go. Hell No and everyone who is trying to defend Harrison knows this.

Funny watching y'all get all worked up. UK and LSU players use these slurs everyday.

And, Bo Ryan and Frank Kaminsky agrees with Cal...this is a non issue.

Eh, I havent made any comments about this incident. Im just making fun of the OP for being an idiot.

You would be incorrect. The white players absolutely do not say it to the black players.

Yes they do. If they used it as a term of endearment then the black players couldn't care less.

So if he says it to a white person he knows then it isn't racist, but if he says to a white person he doesn't know, then all of a sudden it is? How does that make any sense???

He's not. Saying frick on national tv should put him in hot water, regardless of race.

Kaminsky is not offended. No one on the Wisconsin team is. Harrison didn't hurt or embarrass Kaminsky in any way.

If Kaminsky had racial undertones behind the usage of the word then of course. Also if HARRISON had used a word with racial undertones meant to demean Kaminsky then he should be punished as well. But since neither thing actually happened, and no said that they were offended (it's not like Kaminsky was pressured to not say anything) then this is a non issue.

I went to a 50/50 high school and played sports. Saying "frick that *****" can only be said in the following combos:

1) black to black
2) black to white
3) white to white

It can never be said from whites to blacks.... Im not saying that its fair Im just saying thats how it is.

"frick that ****" isn't a racial slur As much as some of you want it to be because of the perceived double standard of the word and the ignorance of the older generation of its mainstream usage among my generation, I'm sorry. While yes he should be penalized for saying it on NATIONAL TELEVISION and then showing poor sportsman ship, by no means was it a "racial slur". Just like when the majority of white people use it, it's not a racial slur but due to the negative contotations and double standards of the word people paint it to be. From my expierence of recently being removed from a football locker room and public highschool some of you are just grasping for straws through your own ignorance of the modern generation. TLDR wasn't a racial slur but should be penalized for saying it on tv. P.s. I'm sure Kaminsky hears it 24/7 in his own locker room which is why he proababy DGAF

I'm glad you agree. I say the same thing about that jug-eared, Kenyan POS in the White House.
