Just defending Driskel, now, though, because he seems to be able to do well outside of Florida.

Likewise with Brisset.

Hell Murphy came within a late underthrown WR pass of beating two top 10 teams at BC.

Its not a true battle. It's Grier's job. How so many UF fans can't see this is astounding to me

Because we still don't know how Grier will respond to true pressure or getting hit in the face repeatedly- the guy has always been the best and/or one of the best athletes on the field whenever he played, lighting up NMSU does nothing to change that.

We know Treon might have a slightly lower ceiling but we also know he can stand up and keep fighting in the face of 100k screaming hillbillies, facing a deficit on the road.

We won't really know what we have in Will until he travels to Death Valley (assuming he's the starting QB then).

Clearly Grier has the better arm/release point....but Treon has improved his arm strength from last year and threw some hummers in there. Need both on team and they both can help us win.

Treon improved but he also made some of the same mistakes he made during Muschamp's tenure. Grier is head and shoulders above him at this point.
