It is? They could very well go 10-2 in the regular season

Guess it depends on QB situation, right?

GTFO. Rational Gumps are not welcome here.

We're not as rare a breed as we're accused of being.

We don't have a true big RB, a bunch of just "guys" at WR and no TE for Charlie's system. Help is on the way though. It'll take a couple of years.

Dude ya'll have Jeff Demps, Chris Rainey, and Andre Debose three guys fast enough to outrun anyone on defense, and Trey Burton as a TE/WR. And you're telling me it'll take a couple years to get his offense working.

If he can't get his offense going with those guys, I doubt he ever will.

See, to me, it's more acceptable for your DC to act like a cheerleader at times. But it's not very becoming as the HC.

You don't think he'll mature as a HC and cool it after his feet are under him?

He needs to get better about it but I like his energy. My main complaint is that it's pointless to yell at a ref. They don't change their calls anyway.

Plese tell me what offense would have worked against Bama with a true freshman at QB? What OC would have kept this game close? Give me a break. We were outmanned, I don't think any coaching was going to stop that. I'm sure you had the same thoughts about Meyer after Bama arse raped us back in 05.

Of course. We don't know how bad Brantley's injury is and we haven't even seen Driskel after a little time to prepare and get his heart rate under control. I don't think they'll beat LSU, but Auburn won't present as much of a challenge.

After that, we'll see what happens. Is Brantley's injury bad enough to keep him out? If so, does Driskel's poise improve after a few games?

Does it improve enough to beat the rest of the teams on Florida's schedule with the talent he has around him?

So you would be happy with Demps and Rainey as your only running backs in a pro-style offense? If you are honest about it you would say no.

Debose is one player. He's just getting started. He may be good. He may be great. He may be just another guy. He looked good on one play last week.

Burton is a converted QB. He is not a true TE and not even close to a WR. We need a big TE for blocking and one for pass catching. Both are on the way.

You think we should be all world in the first year of two new systems and a roster full of spread guys????

after 5 games? really?? you make this thread? Not only is that way to short a time to already be regretting it, i would think if you made UF fans give an opinion on WM they would say its gone better than expected

What do you expect from a guy who thinks that the scoop-and-score is the best offensive play in football?

But as a defensive play, HB/TM7 is making it pretty damn cool.

You guys are missing the point. "Buyers remorse" is typically a snap judgement made way too soon about something. And usually the something ends up being an ok purchase. Just felt the QB situation now, combined with Muschamp at times looking a bit emabarrassing on the sideline might cause some UF fans to question the hire. Was just curious.

So it would be rational to have buyer's remorse after starting 4-0 and beating a Rival, but losing to arguably the #1 team in the Nation? When it was expected. GTFO.

Muschamp is in a gun fight with a sword. A very very nice expensive rare sword nonetheless, but a sword. You can't compete in the SEC without a power run game to wear out defenses and sustain drives. When Tebow left, Meyer did a pitiful job of replacing his power run game and Muschamp still does not have linemen or HB's who can wear you down. Give him time with Weis and Florida will be just as dominant as LSU and Alabama.

Ah, I see. You SEE what I did, but you simply didn't understand WHY I did it. Gotcha.

I have. What I'm telling you, is anyone with logic, will say no to this question. It's an idiotic thread.
