The people of the Great State of Tennessee should listen to this wisdom. As it is, however, Alabama supporters have overwhelmed us. They are everywhere. For every Vandy or UT bumper sticker in this State, there are two Alabama stickers.

Good God man. I thought for sure folks in Tennessee were rabid supporters of their own teams.

I don't care who somebody roots for, as long as they stick with the team.

So I did the opposite and picked a team that sucked at the time to be a fan of.

Picking a team out of a hat may not be bandwagon, but it's annoying in its own rite. Reminds me of the goth kids in high school who wore black nail polish purely for the sake of being different.

What's a military brat to do? Grew up in Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama, Mississippi, Virginia, and Washington D.C.

I can't figure out what percentage of all the Alabama supporters in Tennessee are native and what percent are from Alabama. I do know there are a lot of Alabaman's living in the Middle Tennessee and Chattanooga. Either way, it is not all on the negative side because I enjoy watching the Big Orange squirm as their territory is overrun. Alabama is not really overrunning Vandy territory because of the social differences.
