Not sure I understand your question. Not many coaches can win with poor QB play. Driskel was very average at Florida and never really given a chance to succeed. There's no evidence to support Muschamp's ability to win with a good QB because he never had one at UF.

It's not that the QB's are bad per se, it's that most of the defenses in the SEC are too good.
