Has there ever been a more whiny fanbase than LSU's? I mean at first it was kind of funny, but it didn't take long before it turned to just being outright sad.

BTW...

We're pretty bad as a whole, no doubt. But let me ask you this: How did you find this place and why do you come here? It's not like you found out about this place from the UAB boards right? Look, if LSU was the one holding 3 crystal balls and Bama had LSU's schedule y'all would be doing the same thing. It's just the way it goes so either deal with it or go troll the mods on the Auburn boards.

you corn dogs do realize that with the new format that it is likely that 2 teams from the SEC will play in the playoffs

Possible, but not likely. The second SEC team will have to have a better won/loss record than other conference champions.

Why do you think the other conferences demanded a select committee to make the final four selections? The SEC now has a guaranteed seat in the playoffs, but don't expect two.

If by some reason two teams from the same conference make the playoffs, they will meet each other in the first round of playoffs--not the championship game.

I wouldn't bet my house on that if I were you. Granted, a one loss 2nd SEC won't jump an undefeated conference champ from another major conference. But it wouldn't surprise me at all to see a one loss 2nd SEC team get in over a one loss ACC or B1G team considering how weak those two conferences are compared to the SEC. As a matter of a fact, I'm guessing we'll end up seeing 2 SEC teams in the playoffs most years.

On a day with a stiff wind from the west, I can smell Baton Rouge from New Orleans and it smells like corndogs.

Corndogs isn't funny but I'll be damned if "gump. gumpalicious, lil' Nicky, Nick Satan, toothless rednecks," aren't a bunch of goddamn gut busters.

What was UCLA's schedule like? Maybe it was trash like Alabama's schedule.

First of all, I respect John Wooden and what he did at UCLA, but in the old days the west regional was the easier path.

It does not change the fact that UCLA did what they did or the fact that Bama produced when the title was on the line.

Life is unfair. Every NC team benefits from a break here or there, but the CHAMPS make it happen when it counts.

Even undefeated champs need bounces, breaks, etc.

If all the whining bothers Alabama fans, then do the right thing and demand an end to the SEC's unfair permanent opponent rule determining divisional titles.

Johnny Football and his Aggies would the rightful champs if the SEC hadn't taken Georgia off of Bama's schedule and put Florida on the Aggie's schedule in order to pave the way for Bama.
