No matter how weak you think their schedule is, they still bitch slapped us in the BCS game 2 years ago.
I don't get it folks, they are everything they claim to be. A weaker schedule doesn't change that fact, they have been the best team in the nation 3/4 years and I don't see much of an argument against that.
It isn't as if LSU is the only team with a tough schedule, or Bama the only one with an easy one. If having an easy schedule is all that it takes to succeed then why aren't there more teams doing it?
The logic is strong in this one.
I still remember the way I felt after the regular season loss to LSU in 2011. Despite knowing that our chances of making the title game were slim, I just couldn't be angry. It was one of the great defensive struggles of modern college football. Then there were the classy comments by Les Miles at the end about being honored to play us again if it happened. I get chills thinking about that game.
Some people will always be bitter, but I'll go the rest of my days knowing we beat a team that in MOST years would have been clear national champions. To continue to bicker about the fairness of the "mulligan" is funny, but it takes away from the greatness of those two teams.

How does calling LSU fans a funny nickname that clearly gets under their skin make one a jealous 9 year old?
You know what makes one a jealous 9 year old? Starting threads like this.

This is such a typical LSU thread
Just like the the 06 LSU v 04 AU thread and the 6th best thread...making excuses for losses, trying to make themselves feel better, complaining about shite...it must get exhausting

anyone that uses that argument is a casual NBA fan at best who accepts spoon fed media driven drivel as fact.
or do you think Robert Horry is a HOF player? :lol
those first three title's are b/c of Shaq.
LeBron would have won MORE with Shaq. He also would have won more title with Pau and Bynum as his bigs.
Sorry but Kobe is the most overrated basketball player of all time and its a direct result of him playing his career in LA.
He is closer to being Clyde Drexler (still very good but in no way close to GOAT) than he is a top 10 player.
He isn't even the best player of his generation (that would be Timmy D)

Only reason I would have wanted to play OKST was because I wanted to see that high powered offense vs our D. But to watch that game and claim Bama had no business there is stupid. Do we or do we not want the best 2 teams on the field? They were , and ours was 2nd best.

there is no WTF
only truth brah
Had Kobe spent his career somewhere like Milwaukee or Toronto and never been gifted the some of the best bigs in the game he would NEVER be talked about as a top ten player, never mind GOAT.
He is an excellent player.
Top 10? Nope. Not even close.

Well first off, i didn't justify the OP..
Secondly, the name "corn dog" is only funny to those too stupid to realize it doesn't make any sense
It's like a 9 year old kid laughing at the word "doo doo" because it rhymes and it means something that comes out of your butt
