The kid looked really good. The talent for UGA is there; it's a matter of Kirby fixing the Georgia program from the shoulders up. In simple terms, mindset, focus, and killer instinct.

The largest cocktail party is gonna be awesome this year! Del Rio vs. Eason (wears #10 like Zeier).

It's different having all the pressure and coming off the bench slinging it.

Brice Ramsey was also a 4 star in the 2013 class was the 7 PP as MT was the 7 DualThreat. Difference was BR was 115 overall compared to 219. And I haven't seen anything out of BR to say he could handle the start.

I agree. It will be a dogfight to see who finishes 2nd in the east.

I would think coming off the bench trying to keep pace with Clemson in a championship game on 3rd and 7 is a pressurized situation.

Differences are that Ramsey has looked like trash on the field, was underdeveloped in high school, isnt a dual threat, and has had to learn too many offenses.

I'm just saying, coming off the bench on 3-7 knowing what you need to do and just slinging, is different than having an entire game much less season on your shoulders. And having teams prepare for you and your skill set. It's simple the dawgs don't know who the QB is and UNC does. And UGA has a new staff and UNC Head coach returns and so does DC , they do replace OC. And dawgs are favored. So the game is not a lucky to win, UGA is the favorite. This is exactly what I'm talking about with some of the fanbase , stop lowering expectations.

I don't understand that either. There's a very good chance that UT @UGA decides the East fairly early. Also, a far more talented Georgia team isn't losing to UNC after a bad South Carolina team beat a better version of that team last year.

Expectations should always be tempered in year 1 of a new regime, especially when it involves a shallow group of talented upperclassmen, a true freshman QB, and a RB coming off of major surgery.

You got a link to the game odds you found on this game? No one said the UNC game is "lucky to win", but it looks much tougher than some dawg fans are willing to admit. UNC returns some major firepower in an established fast paced system and our 1st game suspension party looks to have already started.

The only line yet was on sports insights right after the bowl games, it was set at 5. No other lines are available till Summer's end.

It will be hard to make throws that good when you are laying on your back with a Gator on top of you. Just sayin'

Yeah, Kirby has even said something along those lines about Eason. He'll make throws that will cause you to turn your head. Unfortunately, sometimes those throws will be to the defense.

He clearly has a lot of talent, but he's still only 18 years old and I'm sure he has a long way to go in understanding the defenses that college teams run.

All of that being said, that throw to Ridley around 2:00 got my pants tight in the front a little bit.

Would that position be the "Personal Head Slapper" to the OC?

Agreed 100%. This is what has been lacking of late. That and some much needed depth at a couple of positions.

No, but it is the standard mating position for UG QBs in Jacksonville.
