No they don't. And it's a shame since they invest all that money and effort in a college sport no one else gives a shite about.

I actually think LSU can beat Vandy with Lange on the mound.
Will they? Idk. We kind of suck at hitting right now. And defense. And everything. But even if LSU does beat Vandy, they would have to beat a good Fullerton or TCU team with Bain on the mound. That's honestly not likely.
Florida is just sitting there laughing. They're looking really good to win it all right now.

if we win with Lange, and win with Wholestaff on Thursday then we have Poche on Friday to get us to Saturday. so anything is possible. I think if Poche gets the ball back, LSU will get to Saturday but that's all up to Lange, and Wholestaff, and then Poche to get to Saturday and then it's suddenly one win away from Monday's Championship Series, with probably Lange going Game 1.

I sure can take it. I'm pretty annoyed personally. TCU didn't win it per se. LSU played the worst game of the entire year in the worst possible situation for it. To me, the tightness and type of collapse we saw out there points to a coaching staff that's managing like its a-hole is puckered up tighter than a brand new snare drum.
The team takes its lead from its coach.
But as far coming here and dishing it out or taking it? I've got no problem with it. You see LSU Fans melt after a loss in Omaha because our program is the goddamned standard bearer in this sport. We don't measure program success in Omaha appearances.
We measure program success in National Effing Championships.
So when you come here to clown understand we are just as annoyed as you are schadenfreuding. But it's because we expect excellence. We aren't just happy to be there.
And we don't go beating our chests like we've won Six MNC's when as a program you start 23-2 or whatever it is and lead the nation in HR's.
At LSU in this sport the bar is a national title. Our standards will almost always end with you being able to troll because we expect to not only talk about competing for national titles like a program such as the one you're a fan of does.
No we expect our team to actually go out and do it.
