The company line is we have all these donors in LR and South Arkansas that want these LR games.

Funny thing is, they rarely sell out the stadium now and it only holds 55k.

You will have more than that tailgating around the stadium but folks are too cheap or redneck to actually go in the stadium.

Wow that is sad. Does Montgomery even have a stadium?

WeeWee, if you're trying to troll Arkansas, you're doing a really piss-poor job of it -

I was not this time. I saw where someone mentioned it in another thread and I thought they had stopped.

That's the funny thing to me. All I ever hear on the radio is that Central/South Arkansas fans are tried and true Hog fans and the crowd atmosphere is better than in Fayetteville, yet they can't seem to sell the stadium out anymore, and the responses I hear are always "durr well give us better games and we'll come!" Lulz okay.

A good deal of people on the golf course care more about getting drunk than making it into the stadium.

With Georgia coming to town, War Memorial better epitomize that Toby Keith song "I'm not as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was."

Unfortunately this is true. The tailgating atmosphere is off the charts but only about 25% of the people that go to the area have intentions of going to the game. Supposedly there are 200,000 people in the War-Memorial Stadium area on any given LR gameday.

I always liked the game in Little Rock

I use to go to Landmass games in Jackson. (MSU vs Arkansas and LSU vs Ole Miss)

Those things are in the past now that everyone has updated their stadiums, and get a good crowd there.

I live in LR not from here from NWA if you stay in the good areas you are golden. There are areas if you are there after dark you may not come home. Problem is the stadium is right on the edge of where you don't want to be. The golf course at War Memorial is the only place I have seen that the police have to be called to several different tailgates each game. Not my idea of a good time.
