One a year.

Rich alumni in Little Rock that donate money.

In five years, there will be no more games there.

Sadly, I think Ole Miss is this year (could be mistaken). Not complaining because it'll make the trip easier, but I assume it's to get foot traffic to the area around war memorial.

Is LR still a gang-infested war zone?

Ight cool. Went to War Memorial in 2012 and I'd like to see Fayetteville for the first time this year.

According to stats but I've been going to LR for whatever (shopping, games, visiting friends, bar hopping, etc) for all of my existence and I've never once been afraid for my life. I guess it's one of those places where you avoid shitty areas and you'll typically be just fine.

Yeah I assumed as much - I just remember seeing some HBO show about gangs in LR 10 years ago or so...

That's the worst part about it.

It's a fun atmosphere, but it's ridiculous we're still playing "home" games away from campus in a stadium that holds 20k fewer fans than our on-campus stadium.

I agree. although I used to be fond of the WMS games. I think we should play all games in fayettville. Unless these RICH people put some money into War Memorial and add those 20,000 seats. and even then maybe like every other year.

Did LR ever get the Rice Bowl or whatever they were calling it, like they wanted?

Don't think that went anywhere. Probably didn't help that Little Rock residents' first response to the proposal was to demand that ticket prices be in the ~$25 range.

I think that Montgomery ended up winning the bowl bid.

Wow that is sad. Does Montgomery even have a stadium?

Correct me if Im wrong, but we cant have official visitors at LR because its off campus.
Combine that with a rundown old high school stadium, its just a black eye for the UA.
Listen, I grew up attending games at WMS. It was a nice stadium in 1980, but 30 years of little or no maintenace & zero improvements (they got a new toilet)makes it a dump. Yeah, the crowds used to be awesome there, but the past 2 years has been quiet, almost deadly silent.
It's time to make a change & stop living in the past.

Cramton Bowl. I heard they did some major renovations to it. But it was used as a high school stadium for years. My HS played Lee and Lanier there one year. They might be using the new ASU stadium. But it doesn't seat that many.
